We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes, subject to item availability.

Items sent back without initiating a return through the return portal will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the issue.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are only available for size changes and are subject to product availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

                                Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
